The Luminous Heart was created as a quiet space for slowing down, reconnecting with the body, and remembering what is already whole. This work is shaped by lived experience, devotion to presence, and a deep respect for each person’s pace and boundaries.

This work is grounded in presence, intuition, and nervous system awareness. I don’t position myself as a healer — instead, I act as a facilitator and companion, creating a safe and supportive container where your own insight and healing can naturally unfold.

$110 | 60 minutes
A private, open-hearted space for conversation, emotional processing, and inner exploration. Guided by deep listening, intuitive reflection, and care, these sessions support you through emotional and life transitions with ease and steadiness.
This offering is supportive if you’re:

seeking clarity around patterns
wanting to be witnessed without fixing or judgment
Sessions are available in person or virtually.
$95 per person | 75 minutes
A quieter, more inward-focused session guided through gentle breath awareness, somatic presence, rest, and inner listening.
This offering involves less conversation and more guided settling into the body, creating space for integration, nervous system regulation, and rest.
This may be supportive if you:
feel mentally overstimulated or emotionally full
want a less verbal experience
are seeking grounding and embodiment
need space to rest and reconnect inward
