Who I Am

I believe healing begins with presence.

I created The Luminous Heart as a space for slowing down, listening inward, and reconnecting with what is already whole within you. My work is rooted in deep listening, intuition, and respect for the body’s natural intelligence.

Through years of lived experience, I’ve learned the power of slowing down and listening—to the body, the heart, and what is quietly asking for attention. I’m drawn to simple, honest connection and to creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be exactly as they are.

I don’t see myself as a healer or an expert. Instead, I hold space—calmly, gently, and without agenda—so that insight, regulation, and integration can arise in their own time.

Why I Am Qualified to Hold This Work

I do not offer this work from theory alone.
I offer it from lived experience, devotion, and embodiment.

My path has been shaped by years of personal healing, spiritual inquiry, motherhood, loss, rebuilding, and deep listening. I have walked through profound transitions that required me to return—again and again—to my body, my heart, and my inner knowing.

Through meditation, somatic awareness, intuitive development, sound, ritual, and heart-centered presence, I have cultivated practices that are not performative—but lived. These offerings are born from what has sustained me, softened me, and helped me remember who I am beneath fear, identity, and circumstance.

I hold space with integrity, humility, and reverence. I do not position myself as a guru or healer who “fixes,” but as a guide who walks beside you—creating a safe, grounded container for remembrance, regulation, and reconnection.

This work is rooted in:

  • embodied personal practice

  • intuitive listening and energetic awareness

  • lived experience through grief, resilience, and renewal

  • a heart-led commitment to presence, consent, and safety

If you are drawn here, trust that your body already recognizes the resonance.

My Way of Working

My approach is quiet and relational. I listen not only to words, but to what’s felt beneath them. Sessions are guided by presence rather than technique, and shaped by what feels supportive in the moment.

I draw from:

  • intuitive reflection

  • somatic and breath awareness

  • nervous system regulation

  • guided presence and inner listening

There is no pressure to perform, process, or arrive at an outcome. This work honors your pace, your boundaries, and your lived experience.

What Matters to Me

I believe:

  • nothing about you is broken

  • the body holds wisdom worth listening to

  • safety and trust are the foundation of healing

  • being witnessed without fixing is deeply restorative

I value simplicity, honesty, and care—in how sessions are held and in how relationships are built.

Who This Space Is For

The Luminous Heart is for those who feel called to slow down and reconnect—especially during times of transition, overwhelm, or uncertainty.

You don’t need to identify as spiritual or have prior experience with this kind of work. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to be present are enough.

Who This Work Is Not For

This work may not be supportive if you are seeking diagnosis, treatment plans, or directive guidance.

It is best suited for those open to slowing down, listening inward, and engaging with their own experience rather than being led or fixed.
