These offerings are invitations to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself in a supported space. Sessions are guided by presence rather than technique, and shaped by what feels most supportive in the moment.
There is no expectation to perform, explain, or arrive at an outcome.

Sessions are quiet, spacious, and guided by presence.
You can expect:
Sessions are typically 60 minutes
Offered in person or virtually (depending on availability)
You’ll be invited to settle into a comfortable position and follow your own pace
There is no pressure to share, perform, or arrive at an outcome
Sessions often leave people feeling more grounded, clear, and connected
You don’t need to prepare or know what to do. Simply arriving as you are is enough.
What to Expect
Choice & Consent
You are always in choice. You may pause, stop, or shift direction at any time during a session.
Your boundaries are honored, and nothing is ever required.

This work is not therapy or medical treatment. It is a presence-based practice intended to support self-awareness, emotional integration, and connection.
If you are currently receiving medical or mental health care, this work can be a complementary support, but it is not a substitute.

Outdoor Presence Circles
Offered periodically · By interest
These small, interest-based gatherings are held outdoors — often at the beach or in nature — where the environment itself supports grounding and presence.
Circles are guided gently and intentionally, with an emphasis on shared presence, listening, and connection. There is no fixing, teaching, or pressure to share.
Outdoor circles are offered periodically and announced when scheduled.
Group gatherings are not always available and are offered when timing and conditions allow.
